Landscaping 2016

The landscape committee has created a list of 15 plants homeowners can choose to replace dead plants originally planted by Taylor Morrison. 

Replacement of these plants will be paid for by the HOA. 
Homeowners with dead plants will fill out a form for plant replacement available on the website and at the pool. A committee member and a representative from Artistree will then go to the site and confirm the need for replacement and proper placement of new plants.
