Clermont Rd. Rezoning

Sarasota County Board of County Commissioners has conditionally approved Resilient SRQ Grant Funds for a plan to develop 7.5 acres on Clermont Road, next to Verona Reserve, into multi-story affordable housing apartments. The property is currently zoned for single-family homes.
 
Verona Reserve owners have created a task force to track the progress of the application and help fellow owners prepare impact statements or letters to the County Commission.
