The purpose of the Landscaping Committee is to keep the grounds of Verona Reserve attractive and inviting, while staying within the Association's budget.

If you have an issue with turf or shrubs in your yard, please open a work directly with ArtisTree at https://www.artistree.com/, and click on the “Service Ticket” button at the top right of their homepage. Then click the link to "Create new ticket as guest." You will receive a confirmation email that the work order was received, but please keep in mind that the request will only be addressed during the following month's trim pass.

Remember:  If you are making ANY changes to your landscape, you must get Board approval by submitting a complete architectural review application packet that includes diagram(s) noting changes or additions, contractor proposal showing the number of plants being removed and the type and number of replacement plants being added, a copy of the contractors liability and workmen's compensation insurance and Florida license.
