Architectural Review

The purpose of the Architectural Review Committee (ARC) is to ensure the preservation of the existing harmonious design of Verona Reserve as directed by the Association's Governing Documents. 

Any changes made to the outside of a home or property, including screening, gutters, painting, windows, landscaping, lanai extensions and pools must be reviewed by the ARC and approved by the Board of Directors. Please keep in mind that owners making landscaping changes are responsible for any liability or injury to themselves or their contractors, the cost of restoring mulch to its original state, the cost of repairs to any damaged irrigation drip lines or sprinkler heads, or damage to neighboring property, and the full cost of maintaining and replacing plants going forward.

Owners must fill out an Architectural Review application completely, provide all supporting documentation and mail, email, or drop off to Access Management, 2970 University Parkway, Suite 101, Sarasota, FL 34243, no later than 4:00pm the Wednesday before each scheduled ARC meeting. ARC dates are posted on the calendar. 

To avoid delay, please be sure to submit complete packages only, as ARC cannot review incomplete packages.
